- Bunnies, rabbits and more bunnies
One of his many new friends. He had a great time. Interestingly, he seemed to most enjoy the cows, but he touched the pot-bellied pigs and a very friendly horse. We also watched dogs doing tricks in the little outdoor arena. He really enjoyed it. - Wally and his new bunny buddy
It was great to see him interacting happily with other animals. - Easter at Purina Farms
Up to this point, Wally would not touch unfamiliar animals. He was elated, "I touch!" - Decorating Daddy!
Wally embellishes Daddy's otherwise unassuming hand. - Learning to love stickers.
Here's how Wally understands the instruction, "hold out your arms." He got these stickers during his first visit to the dentist. Putting this many on his skin is quite a change from his behavior at Pirate Days in Wentzville last year. The lady stamped his hand upon admission and he tried to pull his skin off. He had pretty much the same reaction to stickers for a long while, too. - Wally tries out GGma's rocking chair and finds it to his liking.
- Taking a bath with your clothes on.
Logan and Wally soak themselves in the water table on a hot day. We took Logan off of Grandma's hands that Friday. Luke had had his tonsils out and was really hurting. After watching Logan for several days, so was Grandma. We played inside with trains, played outside in the water, changed clothes, went to Dierbergs and rode in a rocket cart, ate m & ms, watched Wallace and Grommit and dyed eggs. Not bad, eh. - Throwing dirt clods into the yard.
Ok, as long as they don't hit Mommy or Daddy. There is only one picture, but this game went on for some time. - Gathering up the toys
Time to pack it in. - Avalanche! Retreat!
The invaders plummet to the bottom of Mt. Wally. He knocked everyone down into a pile. - Crash!
Mommy jammed a few rockets into the dirt and held her breath. I didn't know if he would be amused or distressed. After all, he doesn't like things to get dirty. But he ran with this one. - And they fly!
Staging extra-atmospheric attack. - From the toys' perspective
The invaders await further commands. - The invasion begins
Wally considers Mommy's provocative placement of the space men. - "He flies! He flies!"
Of course, he does. All of Wally's toy's fly.
