Maria Oakey Dewing, Garden in May. Gorgeous. Too bad she did not prioritize her career. After seeing Thomas's paintings from the 1880s, I am convinced that she did the foliage in his works, uncredited. The style of the foliage is utterly different than the rest of the work.
