The magnificent breakfast prepared by my slave-for-a-week. Juice, bagel, fried egg, bacon, sweetest fried potatos I've ever had...mmm. I can only hope it makes it on the fridge like another photo of a memorable breakfast. Did I say mmmm? - DSC03324
Waffle Shop. - DSC03323
Grooviest Waffle Shop I've ever seen. Even the wave on the left was a mosaic. - DSC03322
Ooo! There she is again. Not too hard to spot. - DSC03321
Trying to sneak another pic of the fashion criminal. Just got Jen. - DSC03320
Jen wanted to document this gross fashion infraction: hot pink spandex with albino wooly mamoth coat and matching cap. Wow! What would Stacy and Clinton say? - DSC03319
Moody shot of Jen in front of a single quartz crystal. It was huge. - DSC03318
This is a single sheet of copper found sandwiched between the shale. I forget how, but I think the metal leached into the gaps in the shale. - DSC03317
This was soooo cool. - DSC03316
We went there first b/c I read they had a Gem and Mineral Exhibit. My high hopes were justified beyond my wildest dreams. These meteors were cast in space after two asteroids collided, melting their cores. An interstellar iron pour! Awesome! Even better, the meteors were found out West in the 1850s and used by blacksmiths as anvils until a visiting scientis identified it a few years later. - DSC03315
Our first day, Jen and I went straight to the Museum of Natural History. I took this b/c Jen likes butterflies. The one on the bottom is a grasshopper. - DSC03314
Chris and Brian at the bar Friday night. - DSC03313
Chris's 31st birthday. I drove down to surprise her and we had dinner at a local bar. Boy was she surprised! - DSC03310
