- Wally and Daddy painting with water colors
This was his first water color painting, but he mostly likes mixing colors in the water. We still have this little gem. Nice blurbs of soft color. Wally has often pointed to it and stated with pride that he and Daddy did it. - Mommy and Wally reading before bedtime
Daddy made the spectacles from the bristle blocks Emily gave us for his birthday - Our first snow family
Wally finally started to enjoy the snow and I made the most of it I started making these little snow people. He helped me make hats from leaves. Here he is bringing a stick to add. I used pistachio shells for the noses, giving them a muppet-like appearance and chive pods for hair. Wally kept wanting to make the butts bigger...nutty. - Admiring our handiwork
Wally really enjoyed our little snow family - Wally addresses his new snow family
- Dutch enjoys the heated sink on a cold day
Wally and Mommy were both amused by Dutch's discovery - Showering with Daddy
Wally gets his final tooth...and all that that implies. What must have been Wally's final tooth, a molar, came in. With it came a flood of diarreah. He woke up with it all over him and was understandably distressed. But it was nothing that a soothing shower with his sweet Daddy could not repair. - Splashing Daddy in the shower
- Daddy and Wally in the shower...all is well
- Leave no speck of shakey cheese in the popcorn bowl, that's my motto.
Wally licks the popcorn bowl clean - Aunt Chris and Wally at Kalidescope
Aunt Chris tries to get Wally to look in the mirror on a visit to KC We visited Aunt Chris and Uncle Brian over spring break and went to Kalidescope in Hall's Crown Center. We had 45 minutes and barely saw, much less did, anything. But it was great! Chris grabbed as many goodies as she could from each station...what a scrapper! - The face of over-stimulation.
Wally explores the treasure chest of ribbon. - The black light room
Just about everything glowed! We decorated these wonderful lizards with markers. - Mommy & Wally work on their lizards.
