Jen was very enthusiastic to bake a chicken. So after 3 days, we finally got it done. It's not easy to buy groceries and haul ass up the hill. She scared me. I thought she wasn't going to let me cook it with the skin on. I'm still a little shaken. But the meal was worth waiting for.
