- Our first snow family
Wally finally started to enjoy the snow and I made the most of it I started making these little snow people. He helped me make hats from leaves. Here he is bringing a stick to add. I used pistachio shells for the noses, giving them a muppet-like appearance and chive pods for hair. Wally kept wanting to make the butts bigger...nutty. - Wally explores the magic of cleverly arranged baking tins and the like.

Wally gets his final tooth...and all that that implies. What must have been Wally's final tooth, a molar, came in. With it came a flood of diarreah. He woke up with it all over him and was understandably distressed. But it was nothing that a soothing shower with his sweet Daddy could not repair. - Wally's newly minted silly smile

Looking sharp for Cafe Ventana downtown They were looking sharp for the celebration at Cafe Ventana near the Fox. Chris and I went to the art fair since it was Mother's Day weekend. We dined on art, they on freshly made beignets that they watched being made through a window in the floor. One of the bakers made silly faces at Wally much to his delight. - From the toys' perspective

Up to this point, Wally would not touch unfamiliar animals. He was elated, "I touch!" - Wally hams it up with his first silly face

One of his many new friends. He had a great time. Interestingly, he seemed to most enjoy the cows, but he touched the pot-bellied pigs and a very friendly horse. We also watched dogs doing tricks in the little outdoor arena. He really enjoyed it.
